At Blue Ridge Projects we are very selective about our collaborations and alliances. Our ecosystem of collaborators assist us to meet project development needs by reducing total cost of ownership, reduce implementation risk and getting access to knowledge and best practices.

Shenandoah is listed on the National and State Registers of Historic Places and they have over 300 structures on the historic district listing. From the benches on First Street, you can watch the only working Railroad station between Roanoke VA and Hagerstown MD. There are also many outdoor opportunities at their Shenandoah River Park including fishing and many other water sports. The River Park is also frequented by the James Madison University's Rowing team. Shenandoah has many unique and specialty shops for visitors to browse.
